i don't think i got the newsletter it states i am subscribed but i didn't get my newsletter

Same concern. Previous subscriber here, have checked everything dated May 1st (timezone difference included) - did not receive a newsletter. Any specific instructions on where to claim would be much appreciated

We're probably a day late on receiving it. Try tomorrow and see if it's in there.

UPDATE: Asked a friend who received theirs -- check your email, the one you used to subscribe, it's sent to Updates, usually nested under Categories or beside Inbox tab.

The title should be "Tia’s Greatest Reward!💛" from Eternal Return.

Still haven't seen mine with the Tia Skin Code, but found old newsletters. Will continue waiting or might send a support ticket if it's really delayed.

My guess is you wouldn't receive an email if you unsubbed. But if ER is telling you that you're subscribed then re-check your email for a code, it might have been buried by other stuff. I would recommend sending a support ticket as well if you really can't claim the skin.

That's all I know so far, can't provide any further help than this unfortunately 😅
