My friend can't play the game (doesn't load into any matches(stuck in loading screen))

hello,

me and my 2 friends recently started playing eternal return since we've been playing mobas for years now.

for some reason one of my friends can't play the game, we don't know what's wrong with it but we can't get him into any game, neither online normal or custom games. for me and my other friend everything works perfectly.

we've tried reinstalling it, reinstalling it and deleting all folders related to eternal return, both in steam and in appdata nimble, starting the game without antivirus, without firewall, installing it on a seperate harddrive/ssd we tried everything and we don't know what we can do anymore



any help would be really really helpfull so please help us

Try using a vpn. Had the same problem, but worked after using a vpn.
Seems to be a problem on the "dev" side. If you search in steam forum you will find things like "your Internet connection is IP6, but game supports only IP4".
