Blue Screen of Death 21.0 Patch

On the 21.0 Patch (I think I updated 12/10/2020 3 times) I will Blue Screen of Death randomly when playing the game. Generally I will freeze then will Blue Screen, but sometimes Unity will crash then I will BSoD. This error has only occurred this patch. The Blue Screen crash happens almost every match. My drivers are up to date on my 970M. Error code on BSoD was Video_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR (Win10)

I've also reinstalled the game to still have this error and tried to verify files (all verified). HDR is also set to off as far as I can tell.

Update: Issue only occurs in border-less windowed, full screen fixes it
