Luck in the boxes.

Sometime they return in the Forge Exchange token.

Spending a lot of money for mileage points that you get for buying premium currency where you can use to buy purple cosmetics except rank reward skins.

I think you can't obtain old cadet skins anymore, because cadet skins were never on sale.
They were always ranked rewards, unless I am mistaken.

Cadet skins are ranked rewards you cant get them out of gacha.

You cannot get Cadet skins unfortunately. It is a ranked game rewards if you reach Gold Rank.

You have to play ranked mode during the season where the Cadet skins for a certain character is offered.
