cool game but forced duo? why?
I just don't see the point of forcing people to duo, go for solo if you want to restrict modes, solo is always the easiest mode when a game just comes out.

You on EU or SA?
They force you to do a different mode every day of the week in the 4 hour window where servers are up.

Go play on NA and Asia server if you want choice.
dou not bad mod , but you need more communication skills

Hello Plastic,

We still do not have that many players on both EU and SA servers so that is why we are opening one mode per day and alternating them to give a bit of more variety to players between those who like to play alone and those who prefer playing in teams.

Our goal is to open all modes and 24/7 the servers for EU and SA, but we need to go a bit slower with that in order to secure matchmaking and server integrity.

As soon as the population of players in both servers start growing up to the minimum viable expected playerbase, we will start extending modes and server time right away.

Thank you for sharing your question!

Best,

Then just stick to solo until you got more players, ever hear of a self fulfilling prophecy? this is how you lose players from fear of not having enough players lol.

Do you wanna know my experience of this game for the first two matches? I was stuck with a guy who didn't attack anything a single time, the second time the guy was basically playing solo as another team was on me and he's too busy for a minute or so looting stuff?

you think that ♥♥♥♥ is fun? hell no, I'm seriously considering coming back IF this game gets popular, because I do NOT want to play duo or quad with strangers, If I wanted to do that there are better games out there for it. pubg, apex, warzone, league, dota 2 etc

I'd also like to add, that the fact that people are asking enough about this stuff that you had to make an announcement and also that no one else that's succeeded does it this way, pretty much shows the path you've taken isn't illogical, finding resistance and will ultimately harm the games growth.

it's already hard enough with so much competition to make a game succeed nowadays, why you guys chose to make it harder for you to grow a community in EU/etc is mind blowing.

It's a damn shame because this game looked cool, it has potential for sure, but it's also way too much initial pain to just play it the way we want that like, I could be playing something else that lays out the carpet and gives me the bare minimum required features expected in 2020.

Like a solo mode, 24/7 outside maintenance. as you'd expect from a game nowadays.

man, I really didn't expect that this is something I'd be writing, I'm not exactly here to give out free advice, I just want to game and I definetly don't want to have to babysit some guy who skipped most the tutorial or is brand new to the genre, that's a massive turn off.

I would like to add that it might be more beneficial to allow leeway in how filled the lobby is before it forfeits the match. If the match is, say, 20 players, let it start with 15-20 after some time. Or if someone leaves during the selection process, for example (this happens and I don't see why would the queue be restarted when 19 instead of 20 players isn't that much of a difference).

Also, if devs are expecting the game to pick up slowly, you can fill lobbies with bots. Not an ideal solution, but it allows for more meaningful play than vs AI (since, even if, say, five players are human, you can consider them your competition for that particular match).

Now, I am not strongly opinionated about this, since it might produce awkward results in the long run, but I think that the first notion (the somewhat flexible lobby numbers) would alleviate some issues.

It's very important for a game to provide consistency, so I agree with Plastic Luv when it comes to having at least one mode being the base one that doesn't change (with solo being a good option since it's least demanding when it comes to the player). So, when someone fires up a game, they get what they expect in that time window they chose to dedicate to it.
