help my wood colection is standing on -999999 how can this happen ? after i got my 14 days of daily colection al my wood was gone

So I logged in yesterday and found that all of my items in the crafting window (wood, iron, cotton etc...) had been set to 1000 but in the actual crafting area, it says I have -317 wood so I can't actually craft anything. Has anybody else had this issue?

when I wanted to build another stable for my quest, I couldn't build it 'cause the game was saying I got the maximum for my level, so I sold one of my common horses and tried to build a epic stable, just like the quest wanted... BUT it keeps saying that I can't build another one 'cause I already had the maximum for that level...

Hallo. Erst ein mal, wollte ich das Spiel gerne ausprobieren, aber da komme ich schon imTutorial nicht weiter. Und zwar: Ich kann kein Holz oder andere Materialien abbauen. Wie jeder andere auch gehe ich zum Holzvorkommen und drücke (wie angezeigt) zum Abbauen. Aber ich bekomme keine Materialien dadurch. Der Abbaubalken geht hoch und mein Charakter müht sich ab, aber mehr passiert da nicht. Auch nicht wenn ich das ganze per Mausklick versuche. Spiel neustart und Neuinstallation haben nichts gebracht,...

yesterday I played and everything was fine. Today I logged on and all Aplles, Money, more than 400 Gems, all Materials and my lvl2 pickaxes are gone!! Everything is 0 How can this happen? Especially after I spent real Money for the Gems! Has anybody got a problem like this, too?...
