Also, if your desktop refresh rate is higher than 60 Hz you may have trouble with some minor flickering textures. Not very noticeable but it's there.
And finally, you'll need to move the mouse cursor away from the center of the screen so it doesn't block the game window.
It's only a few textures in the game that are affected, not all of them. And they don't flicker on and off, they just change colors for a split-second.
But if it does bother you, you can do what I did which is just to limit the FPS for the game to 60. I use RTSS, but if you have an Nvidia card, you can also use Nvidia Inspector. You only need to make that change once and then it will be permanently fixed.
Call me addicted to plug and play, but that's what people expect now, and so do I. Plus, what's minor and fixable to one might not be so to others
There are MANY reasons people choose borderless and personally I haven't had fps issues because of it in a long while.
Game might be old. But this is a 2019 re-release. They coded in at least achievement support if not more. Could have added borderless mode too... And make the menu at least more compact than a complete list of everything.
