Any way to change sex midgame?

Even with a mod or cheatengine, I just want to know if it is possible and if it breaks any data/achievment. Thanks ;)

Also: any idea about Fatesworn price? If I buy the base game, will I be able to upgrade to the fate edition?

I think there is a nexus mod that lets you recreate your character at any mirror.

The only one I saw per you change face/skintone (plus the basic mirror things as well) but not sex. I Will take a look again on Nexus.

You're right, I thought it also let you change race sorry about that.

You can change your gender by changing your simtype to the male variant. It can be done with the console mod. It requires a bit of research and debugging to do though.
