Hahaha, you really have a phobia for arachnid. I hate them too.
I'd say think of this as a learning experience, the spiders are stuck in a screen and can't physically get to you so what is the worst that could happen.
To be honest the spiders aren't that excessive in the game, there is just one area, Webwood, where there is a quest chain about the spiders but its totally skippable (although it gives you the first player house). If you don't want to stick around then you can try to run straight through to Ettinmere or try attacking your fear head on. The first story mission is in Ettinmere so you should have a clear waypoint to guide you through Webwood.
Not to mention all the other areas in the game that spiders also appear.
