Undead Skeleton Pirates shouldn't be able to get diseases
My undead pirate got bit by a mosquito in the jungle and got sick, where did he got bitten exactly?

I guess it's for balancing issues, but being an magical undead skeleton would be a huge advantage compare to normal human in theory.

Hm, why not? I think it's funny to have a sick skeleton. :)
But as you said, it's prolly a balance thing so I'm fine with it.
