The brain seeks patterns where there are none. The brain also falls victim to the gambler's fallacy and such.
However, random is still just random and will stay that way.
If you're new to BB, you're probably rolling too many dice. This makes you feel like a god when it works out but miserable when it doesn't. The power move and path to consistently good play is to roll as few dice as possible and still shoot for the same desired results as you wanted when you rolled lotsa dice.
Welcome to BB!
That's when the dice become your pals though a bad streak will end the best laid of plans sooner or later.
That's blood bowl baby!
1) Powing a blodger
2) Ball scattering 3 tiles over downed players into my 2 tackle zones
3) double gfi a pestigor into the end zone
4) another pestigor 5+ pick up, dodge off, rush, pass and catch...
He played equally poorly the 2nd half but I just kept getting diced.
Everything counts in large amounts.
Sometimes Blood bowl 3 seems to choose one specific area where you will be unluky with one team. I'm running 5 teams on ladder and my Chaos Chosen team has an amazig record of 32 ko recover rolls with only 5 success atempts. Does not happen with the other 4 teams I'm running.
So he took risk in the last turn, that must have stunned you. Did you see better moves for him ? So in the second half he also made the high risk moves that would bring great rewards. How can it be that your teams did get a match, you are so much better, those lucky coaches should have a league of their own kind. I feel for your discomfort having to endure this. Keep your spirit high Sir.
yhea thats ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
i just had a guy injure 2 black orc and 2 bo KO and 1 troll injured into a FAIL REGEN with av 10 in 8 turn with an average of 1-2 tackle per turn , while i got zero injury with like 3-4 tackle /turn on rotter and pestigor who ahjve lower armor value
HE Did not failed a single 1 dice pow while i got 2 double skull and so on ,
so sit down with you brain bias ♥♥♥♥ , i wish we could pull the dice loggs like in bb2 and see each dice roll stats so i can put in your face and see that sometime the table is jsut tilted becasue your luck is awfull.
im on a 4 game streak of 4 insanely unlucky game sometimes one is just powerless to face the dice ..... you can watch me replay if you dont beleive me lol
pick yourt poison between 8 double skull a game , 12 dice fial to pick up a ball , a failed _ rolled a 1 ) throw teammate but somehow scatter right on my isolated ball carrier 7 square away putting him ko and him l;anding perfectly and this keeps going on and on
Today I stopped playing this game for the same reason, luck is not random, there are games where the dice go crazy and only 1s and skulls come up. Mathematical probability disappears and therefore strategy.
Also, EVERY TIME someone complains about luck here in the community's forum, there are 10-15 autoresponders saying the same thing, which is just luck. Nobody rethinks anything.
I think that the game is not working well, something happens to it and they are going to lose many players because of this.
The joy of having 4 injured with in 2 turns, failing your first attack move with 4 red skulls and having your runner die on a gf, seeing the enemy doing 20 dodges with 6rolls and failing your own first attempt with 2 1´s
Nuffle is fair other times your the blessed one :D
