8bitdo SN30 Pro (Switch Pro/XBox one clone) controllers

Hello
I have a set of 8Bitdo controllers from the SN30 Pro range. Personally I own the discontinued SN30 Pro and SF30 Pro along with the newer G Classic and SN Classic versions.

the SN30 Pro range is basically a 3rd party Switch Pro controller that can connect to the XBox One, Switch and PC via bluetooth, and they look like a SNES controllers. I have connected them via bluetooth in XBox mode, yet this game doesn't seem to be able to see them. Windows simply reports it as a "Xbox Bluetooth Controller".

Any advice or support for this controller?
