How to unlock sombrero hat ?

I saw a guy with a sombrero hat today. Can anybody tell me how to unlock the hat ? Looks pretty cool.

You'll have to buy the supporter DLC that costs around $8.
After that, you can enable it in Settings > Supporter Pack > Enable supporter sombrero.
