Unrailed!
how to remove the bot?
Feel like single player is forcing the player to use the bot.
I can give a rats ass that devs want players to micromanage - its a shame.

Is there a setting to throw the bot off the island.

You can give the bot a task that can not be performed and do your own thing.

When the bot can not do what you told it to it will just stand around waiting.

Or you could just remove the bot and make time of the train moving universal based off of the number of players. Then it eliminates work to optimize the bot and makes solo play viable. It could be optimized over time based off of how solo play without the bot compared to an other number of players. More work analyzing the speed the train should move because the number of players. Eliminates a bot. No bot to optimize, nothing to work on. Bots should be eliminated for solo and time movement of the train should be based on the number of players.
Just make the bot dance, he will just spin and spin and spin and spin and spin and spin and wont get in your way!

The bot would be better if it didn't take so long to issue it commands...

how does it take long to give it orders? press 1 for iron, 2 for wood, 4 for water and 6 to full the train and unload tracks.
(unless you didnt know about them shortcuts and you were using ctrl to show the emote wheel?)

Even with the hotkeys (which are not well communicated, if I ever knew them I am not sure, I haven't played in some time) you still have to expend a moment issuing the command, often removing your fingers from your own controls to do so.

well it depends... i keep my lefty on WASD+space and my righty moves between hotkeys and mouse (mouse only when i need to highlight a path).

Altho if you really want to "remove" the bot, put him in charge of water XD he will water your train then afk until water is needed again. :armellocrown:
