Hey Crynsos, i have a question about how you repositioned the Capitals. Which table do i have to change for that?

This can't be edited in a table, you directly have to edit it within an already existing startpos.

i know, but which start_pos do i have to change, so that a factions capital moves to certain location if they conquer them. Same as you did it, but how...?

When you edit the startpos via PFM, you have to go to COMPRESSED_DATA/CAMPAIGN_ENV/CAMPAIGN_MODEL/WORLD/FACTION_ARRAY find your faction in the list, click on it and in the resulting list you have the starting capital in row 8 and the "real" capital in row 9, referencing the regional IDs found inside the entries of each region in REGION_MANAGER.
