You should create "\bots" folder. And copy the file to this folder.
Another way to say, you could copy the "steamapps\workshop\content\570\855965029" folder to "steamapps\common\dota 2 beta\game\dota\scripts\vscripts\" and rename it to "bots".

either in offline mode or online the dota keeps crashing, i don't know why? please help, i already read all your comments and make sure pasting the files in the right folder...

same problem here ... dota 7.07c continues to crash every time i enter a game ... all pick ... and add bots ... either dota_bot_populate ... or just regular SOLO match ... help please ... i have the scripts in the correct path ... thanks

Maybe 棋圣.adamqqq mean is rename "bots_example" to "original_bots".

You can do that if you want to change it back to your old/default bot script. But if you don't want to do that, you can just copy and paste all file inside folder "855965029" into folder "bots_example" and replace all file inside folder "bots_example". After you do that and go into the game, and you hit button "PLAY DOTA" maybe you can see inside "Bot Script Box" still blank, just ignore it just hit button "START BOT MATCH". After that, have fun

if many persons want to play this bots together offline, how to do ?

start the game in offline mode, play with bots, its empty first you just need to click coop and click back solo on bot selection and you can choose the bot. first attempt when you play it still the default bot, just disconnect and try again and you will play the selected bot. sorry for bad explanation, bad english.
