ANOTHER EDIT: Wall jump removed!


Here's what I think the stats should be:

-15 Maximum health (125 - 110)
- Honourbound
- Leaves your name where victim was after backstab
+ Silent killer (Kill doesn't appear in kill feed, no body left, no noise)
+ 10% running speed while weapon is active (100% speed - 110% speed! A.K.A, Spy goes slightly faster than a medic when he has the Tanto active)

I'd say it's pretty balanced! What do you guys think?

DEFINITELY. Those stats are absolutely perfect! Let's hope Valve thinks so too...
I dont agree with wall jump, but I feel that everything else is great
Even without the wall jump, I still love this wep.
I would say without wall jump, this would be a very fun weapon- being able to run faster as a Spy is a very good thing, even if you must make a kill with it. I would say that the speed boost only comes into effect once you have it out.
Ok, I really don't understand why the wall jump is pissing everyone off. Just imagine: TF2 plus Mirror's Edge-esque parkour with ninja tactics!
I agree. The wall jump is a good idea. Mabye a bit too overpowered, but good.

of its overpowered valve will nerf it
it should be -25 heath making the spy extreamly easy to kill
or
you may only disquise for 30 seconds with an eaqualy long cooldown time

Oh god, PLEASE no. Just take out the wall jump if anything, it's too good an idea for this thing to become another Diamondback.

It should be able to toggle cloak upon back stab, drop a smoke bomb
Suggestion:

- Honourbound
+ 7% running speed while weapon is active (Spy moves at Medic speed while active)
o Does not hinder any Watch use.

Upon a successful backstab: 10% speed boost for 2 seconds
-10% attack speed ??

I'm not as sure with this one. I think it would be cool with a spy knife that rewards backstabs with mobility so you can escape faster or chainstab easier.

Very good idea, but the attack speed may degrade from the core idea. My take on this:
10% speed boost on a successful backstab
+5% speed boost when active
-15 Health
+20% push force when active
What do y'all think?

I think a lot of people are going to be upset if you give the spy a permanent speed bonus - it'd probably be a bit too powerful if you were able to catch up to another class. I realize 5% isn't much, but concidering a Medic having a 7% speedboost I'm sure they wouldn't be happy.
The health penalty would probably make it too similar to the Kunai.
I like the idea of increased push force!
