It looks like it would be some sort of Beggars Bazooka for the demoman (hell,it even shows the thing firing multiple pipes in the screenshots). What do you guys think the exact stats should be?

Fires all 4 grenades, less damage per each grenade. You have to reload all 4 grenades before you can fire.
+ 20% Damage
+ 10% Fire rate
- Gernades do not detonate until all 4 are fired

What particularly amuses me is the fact that a lot of people are telling me that the attributes I used in the video are overpowered, even though the video clearly shows that it is underpowered. The spread makes it really hard to get all 4 grenades to connect and the reduced damage is a massive drawback.

I actually came up with those stats way before the Beggar's Bazooka was released and I wonder if it was such a good idea in the end. It's really hard to hit anything with those tiny grenades, so it will be underpowered most of the time, with the occasional lucky devastating shot. That's probably not a good thing.

Alt-fire: Launch 4 grenades at once
Grenades bounce farther when they come into contact with surfaces
Bounced grenades deal more damage to buildings
+30% projectile speed
+15% firing rate
+50% damage towards buildings
Critical hits deal +75% damage to buildings
+100% clip (that means 8 grenades!)

-20% damage towards players
Launching 4 grenades will increase projectile deviation to +2 degrees
+10% bullet damage resistance
+50% self-damage
-30 health

I think this would encourage demomen to stay clear of players and assist the team by destroying sentry nests with the increased damage towards buidings. Tell me what you think.

I mostly agree with your points, but I think even considering the spread of the launcher, the Blast Radius needs to be toned down since it would be evident that Demomen would just spam the charge all the time, whether if there are a lot of people or not, and using the charge could One-HIT KO Level 3 Sentries with ease if timed correctly. OR, you could keep the blast radius intact, and instead make it like with the Soldier's Bazooka: You can't get ammo from dispensers and have to rely on fallen weapons, supply lockers or ammo crates. While it may be too similar to the Bazooka, it would make the Demomen also be a lot more conservative about spamming their charge hits since they will waste it in a moment's notice.

Maybe we can support sticky jumping?
+ Crits whilst sticky jumping
- 45% damage penalty whilst NOT sticky jumping
- No random critical hits

Other than that, its pretty good!

+15% firing speed per direct hit in a row (stacks up to 4 = +60% firing speed -15%)
-15% firing speed
mabey a mix of beggers bazuka & looce canon
hold primary fire to charge
relece to fire 1 greaned per second of charge
spred in creces with number:
1 +0 degres
2 +2 degres
3 +4 degres
4 +8 degres
-30% walking speed while charging
+25% damage/splash raidous on derct hit
-25% damage/splash raidous after bouncing

It should shoot all 4 stickybombs at a time and then needs to reload all 4....
No charge shots (Not like anyone uses it anyway) and 20% less ammo....
10% more damage.
And, your alerted when someone's within damaging proximity of your mines!

Like the beggars bazooka, except fires all four grenades at a 100% faster rate. Overloads deal damage to the user, has decreased accuracy. Also like the beggars bazooka, 30% slower reload.
