well this is a bit tricky but most weps dont need to make scence so i would say larger blast radius when right click or have it work like a loose cannon with different stats
i think it should only one rocket because it looks like a firework or torpedo

I don't necessarily agree with this, because fireworks of any kind have a large blast radius, so if anything, increase the blast radius? To balance it, the clip could be reduced by 75%, just a thought
Positives:
Rocket will burst into a bunch of fireworks (acting as a sort of cluster-grenade), setting every enemy on fire as well as doing explosive damage. (Might extend up to 2.5-3x the default explosive radius)

Negatives:
-50% smaller magazine size
-10% impact damage

Special:
Hold down primary-fire to control the detonation-time before firing rocket.

The cluster-effect acts as an extension of the explosive radius already.

I feel this should be more of a sentry nest buster and do more damage to buildings and less to people. I also think the clip size and firing speed should stay constant. However, I like how getting hit by this impares players hearing, but I also feel it should effect a player's speed too. I feel like these should be the stats, but keep in mind this is my opinion:
:pixellance: Rockets arc
:pixellance: -25% damage to players
:pixellance: +50% damage to buildings
:pixellance: Rockets leave a special effect on its victims for 5 seconds
:pixellance: Effected players cannot here spy decloaks
:pixellance: Effected players speed reduced by 10%
:pixellance: Effected buildings are upgraded and repaired 15% more slowly
:pixellance: Rockets explode into red, white, and blue confetti
