Description
Total "White Huns" roster overhaul.

Bunch of new models/textures, new roster, officers and generals.
Feel the multi-culture beauty of Hephtalite Empir :)

Probably it will provoke some discuss, but the most of Hephtalites are not Mongoloid. There were a lot of "researches" we've made, so I'm pretty sure Xionites, Kidarites, Uars and other core tribes were Caucasian (Eastern Iranians or "dark-haired" Aryans). Only Rouran units will be Mongoloid and Kidarites will be mixed


There're three parts:
main mod (current mod) - is the main file with new roster/stats/models etc. Notice: White Huns will have both new and vanilla units at custom battles (this will make mod more compatible), but you can hire only new units during the campaign

generals submod - new models/unitcards for generals. Notice: this will also replace most of minor nomadic generals.

starting army submod - most uncompatible part - this one replaces starting armies with new units

Roster is very unusual. We were trying to show the exclusiveness of the faction which includes very different cultures (Nomadic, Iranian, Hindu-Kush etc).
Still based on cavalry power "Sveta Huna" can actually provide a nice diversity of infantry. You will not find heavy line infantry (like Sassanid's Immortals for example) but every units has it's role. You will be challenged to find out the best way to use them all.

Notice the Badakhshan infantry which has new animation uniting "pike infantry" deffensive formation and slashing two-handed attacking skills.
Historian prototype for Badakhshan warriors and Hindu-Kush guard is the very exciting and unusual "halberd style" weapon used by warriors from Pamir mountains (approx. 5-6 AD)

Hi lads, fantastic work on these models, i'm in the process of making my very first mod which will be a hun reskin for rome 2, would it be possible for me to use some of your assets like some of the helmets etc in my mod? i will give full credits in the desc of course

@Mukhan Khagan : Very good details, especially on the percentages (30-90% and 40-90%)... The Huns peoples were indeed of Turco-Mongolian, Turkish, Iranian, Afgan and even Slavic origins. But the percentage of Asians was much higher than that of other ethnicities.

kidarites = kızıllı they were turkic Uar-huno= Uar Kun they were turkic xionites xion=kun=hun They were turkic too and White Huns & Al Huns as a phenotype Are Turanid & gobid = Mongoloid, Mongolo-kafkasoid Kafkaso-mongoloid just like Turkic peoples genetically, when we remove the native slaves, they are 30-90% mongoloids. just like other turks of that period.
The Kun in the Xiong-nu state are 40-90% mongoloids.

is there anyway to get just the reskin stuff from this mod? or could you update your hun,whitehun and alani reskin mod with whitehun skin from this mod? (Mainly the guardian of hindukush and the cataphract lancer's full neck guard armor, they look gorgeous)

Really nice, the only thing that i kind of object to is that they no longer have any common units with the other nomadic factions but neither do the Alans so it isn't so bad.
