Solved the problem. Fixed by choosing "Yes to All" for conflicting materials.

Model files look normal, nothing that looks anomalous compared to other working heads that I have.

I had subscribed to the file. I do not believe I have another model in workshop or otherwise named medic_head.mdl.

If the model downloaded properly it should be in the game\workshop\models\player\hwm\ folder and be named medic_head.mdl . The model should not conflict with anything else unless you've downloaded another model that has the exact same path and filename. If you're getting an Error model, were you trying to move the model from the workshop folders to a different modfolder or did you rename the mdl files? If yes to moving it, are you sure you placed into the proper file path?

Got an error model. Any suggestions?

is there any way you can create a version of this where it is the whole medic as a zombie (with out the healing beam) also if possible can you create a version of the soldier as well
