While,there maybe just one inconvenient thing. I found that AIs will lost 5 technologies in level 8 if we use this mod to seek a map. To solve this problem, I must use IGE to add these technologies to AIs one by one. It is really tried. Is there any way to solve this problem?
drive, and it needs to be a folder or it wont work (i learned to do this by my brother and i tried it regardless but it wont pop up in my mods list)

Unable to reseed
I do not see how Reseed could cause this. I do not think it is related.
@Frederickicusifical
You do not see "Reseed" in the menu? Then the mod was not started. Maybe because you clicked "back" (do NOT click back. Not the firs time, not the second time.) Or maybe because you reloaded an existing game with the wrong mods selected.
I noticed a potential game breaking bug recently in regards to gold making.
I play as Germany and noticed that I was not making gold from resource tiles that had been improved by my workers. The bug didn't really come to my attention until I noticed that Barbarian encampments which I had recruited from when I destroyed weren't adding to my total gold, either - it stayed exactly the same.
By two cities and three units I was on -8 gold per turn by the time I quit the game.
This bug has never happened to me before, as this was my first time using Reseed and playing on a save that I had it activated on from before the new game was started. The only feature I used with Reseed was the 'Glance at map' one.
Apologies if this is a unrelated bug to your mod, but it has never happened before now.
I have no idea what you are talking about. Are you sure it was IGE ? Anyway I suggest you look at problems on your own side. You can perform a manual install if needed :

Hello. For security reasons civ5 prohibits mods to read files from your hard drive. The only few exceptions are the other script files located in the civ5 folders. This allows reseed to read map scripts but it does not cover the fixed map files.
