The mask is too small especially for a rare. It makes Jugg's head look tiny because he's hunched over. I don't think you considered that. Compare it to the size of the Visage mask which is larger. It should either have more mass in the back or be larger. Also, it would be nicer if the top two horns were thicker. Please consider and revise.

Too few polys on horns. Compare to Nature's Prophet horns and similar models it look bad. Maybe remodel horns and retexture it would look ok.

I have checked. It's seemed that you picked a new model, with different UVs & applied an old texture to it, or something like that. I have uploaded my screenshot. The initial design with high and thin horns is in left side, & the latest design with 580 triangles is in right side. If you will use file Mask_580 Triangles.obj and Color_Map_512.tga you will see completely defferent result.
