I whole-heartedly support they make it into an alternate normal wrench, or one of the other ones. Just gotta add some sparks and/or a color change to the flame, that's syncronized with the wrench's swing times. Bonus points if:

-The torch's model disappears from the pack when you're using it, and it shows up in your hand (Sounds simple, but there's nothing like that in the game right now. Pyro has a fuel pack but nothing attaches it to the flamethrower, and the Buff Banner has a trumpet that doesn't show up anywhere on the soldier or the pack unless you equip it. ANIMATORS: ASSEMBLE)
-The jigglebone'd cable doesnt look buggy jumping back and forth between equipped/unequipped.

Make my dream come true. I would pay $400,000 dollars to have that weapon...

Should add armor to teammates. (Works like overheal but is separate from health, and doesn't defend against everything. Maybe it could have negative traits itself like make the wearer more vulnerable to a different type of damage. In that case the person would have to stand still near the engi for like 20 seconds to indicate consent. But that probably wouldn't be very agreeable to afk players and campers.) But what would be the downside then? Engie can't build anything and has -25 health? P.S. I know it's cosmetic.

This is a slight bit big, but that's okay. Hopefully if this doesn't make it in you can resubmit a resized version, maybe a slight bit lower on the back (it would be hard to reach the sodder on that welding machine).

I think it would be cool if it would give your engineer like 200 more metal or less and if you were hurt it would heal you a bit and also if it would let you build faster that would be cool as well. I hope they can look in to all of our good features we could add to the Battle Weilder Kit.

i fyou could use the wielder as a close range weapheon which can be used for both fighting and repairing buildings it would be extremely awesome. it should look similar to the medics medigun with the pipe going from the "backpack" to the wielder. if this is added i would give it 5 stars. AWESOME
