Thanks for the feedback! =) As I said with your previous comment on my other map, I really appreciate being able to watch the video of your blind run going through it. I had always wondered what it would look like to go through this particular puzzle for the first time. You did everything perfectly.

Except for the four switches activating the first staircases. Those were meant to be pressed in a certain order, but you went so fast you were able to ignore that haha. The placement of the lights on the wall was intended to be a hint as to which order to press them in. =)

I appreciate the fitting title. There are quite a number of switches. Usually those maps are boring when you press a switch to get to another switch which will lead to another switch and so on. This one wasn't bad at all as the switches are part of a greater puzzle. The crowd may dislike such puzzles but that's because the crowd wants it to have the easy way.
The chamber could have a better structure but for a first map the puzzle itself is really good. It's obvious you put thoughts and effort into it. Nice start into mapping.

Yeah, I ment that this map kind has nothing to do with it's quality. It's just that people don't like the map kind I guess, but the map itself is good.

Thanks for the comment. =) Upon running through it again I believe I found the last exploits you are referring to. Hopefully this last revision will force players to use all aspects of the map the way it was intended.

Also, I know that there are some people that don't like maps where it's not obvious what to do next. It's just that I found I had the most fun myself with maps like that. It's like an adventure, hence why I gave my map the name it has. =)

I see what you're trying to do here with navigation, but people don't really like maps where it's not obvious what to do next. There are lot's of unecesary things in the map and the map is a bit glitchy I think because I didn't use everything, but overall, I liked this map and I believe it needs more appreciation. This map is a good map for being big because it's about navigation and makes it better than other giant maps.

Thanks for the feedback. I took some of what you said into consideration with this latest revision. I wasn't sure what you meant by "white floors," and if you meant portalable floors, I didn't want to do that because there's so much room for exploitation if I did that. I find the lighting scheme I had to be sufficient.

i did not like that map. there is too much empty space creating alot of pointless and boring walking. no one likes to walk. and the chamber lacks white floors. if the room is black it's dark and it gives the room a boring look.

Hmm, I'll have to see if I can figure out how you did it without the orange gel so I can fix that instead. I'm glad that you weren't able to figure out how to get to the orange gel switch; it means I made it challenging enough ;) I rather enjoyed designing that aspect of the map and it's probably my favorite part of it. Sorry, I can't remove that. =)

Thank you for the great map, but actually i made it without using orange gel. In fact i don't even know how to get in that place where the orange gel is. so you better fix that maybe?

I understand and agree. Somedays it's hard to find a well prepared map. Easy or hard or somewhere in between as long as its complete, everything in there is used and no exploits to be found it's a good map in my view. Thanks again.

Thanks very much for the kind words. I'm glad you enjoyed it. I designed the map to be (hopefully) unexploitable. A lot of player maps I've played have a lot of portalable walls which led to much exploitation, leading to the disregard of some (and in some cases, all) aspects of the map, which they had put in there for players to interact with and effectively ruining their hard work. So thanks again =)

At first I though "exploit" somewhere. But no, you did good. Though it was a bit large and at first seemed a bit convoluted I just had to keep with it. And I found it was not so convoluted and a rewarding chamber to play. Switches aplenty that's for sure. I thought I could get away without using the orange gel and if I had been a better jumper perhaps so. Personally I would shorten the wall of the runway by one block for those folks. I liked the levels too. Overall a very good map and I appreciate your hard work and your thinking with portals. Thank you.
