Winter arrived to Rumble!

- Map is now winter themed!
- Brought in future changes from later versions of the map
- Fixed misaligned textures
- Fixed some models fading too early
- Miscellaneous fixes and improvements

- Adjusted respawn times of RED and BLU teams after 1st point has been captured
- Adjusted point capture times to be slightly faster on CP1 and CP2
- Fixed odd shadows on some grass models
- Fixed couple spots up high where you could stand on
- Fixed many misaligned displacements and some textures
- Fixed odd minecart roll sound playing near the waterfall
- Fixed few hovering models
- Changed few rare easter eggs to show up slightly more frequently than before

- Replaced ground texture all around the map to a better one
- Replaced odd looking mayann detail props with another one
- Added more lighting to the last C area
- Added additional details here and there
- Fixed some misaligned displacements
- Fixed incorrect soundscape playing near C area
- Fixed some wires having too little slack
- Fixed sound coming from other spot than the rolling minecart at the back or RED base
- Updated screenshots in the workshop
