* Fixed drilling radius of Reinforced Drill
* Added Superconducting Coils to Area Welder components
* XL Refinery and XL Blast Furnace can use Effectiveness, Productivity and Efficiency modules
* XL Assembler can use Productivity and Efficiency modules
* Increased base XL Blast furnace material efficiency so an XL Blast Furnace with max (2) Effectiveness modules is just as effective as an XL Refinery with the max (4) Effectiveness Modules
