- Occlusion should work even if just using STHUD
- STHUD NoSquadBar disabled by default (check wiki to enable)
- STHUD NoSquadBar gives command #s beside names even when units have variable names (thanks Snippers)

STUI_RemoveDeadViaProximity (bool) controls removal of dead via proximity checks.
STHud_NoSquadBarMode (bool) mode reenables A3 squad bar when false
Map Autobrightness should disable if ACE3 map is loaded

* STUI: Assigned colors now utilizes new engine functionality.
* STHUD: Fonts changed, name spacing adjusted
* STHUD: Optional "No squad bar" mode with unit selection and numbers indicated in STHUD
* STHUD: Group members automatically removed when dead if player in group moves close to body
* STHUD: Vehicle role icons when a unit is mounted
* STNT: Dead names at close range
* STNT: Outline on names for clarity
