Just a collection of mods that I personally find useful.
Most of the mods has minimal impact on general Vanilla gameplay.
I might add more mods along the way but these are the ones I am using for now(March 1st 2016).

I know Lockpick Pro is a cheating mod but I always suck at picking locks no matter what game it is.
