phase boots, really? power treads are better choice for sniper. added stats, and extra attack speed (which sniper mostly needs, including agility items). phase only good for speed bonus, and extra damage. which many poor sniper use, dosen't get allot of kills because of 1: dosent increase attack speed, meaning lowering there health for your ulti, 2: if you combine shadow blade and power treads will become a more deadly combination, +60 attack speed! and plus why do you not include to make those slipper into wraith bands?! they will give extra stats early, and able to use one for a Ring of Aquila. over all rating 3/10. play sniper in a smater way and maybe your guide will be better.

Good for the newbies, but at the same time doesn't tell them how to actually get those kills. Positioning is everything as this guy. ;)
