Increased Decline

Opis
Increased Decline is a slightly larger overgrown map of intermediate difficulty, including two parts. Throughout this test chamber, you will only be able to use one type of portal.
It involves:
-Lasers
-Flinging
-An Excursion Funnel
-and more.

This one took a lot of effort from me! That laser puzzle in the first section was a tough one. I've never seen a mono-portal puzzle before and I thoroughly enjoyed it!

Great puzzle, I really enjoyed that. It always takes me a little while to get my head round mono-portal maps, but that's part of the fun.

Not a beginner and it just wasn't possible, but I think it's a very rare glitch in Portal 2 not your fault. It was a fun level and I upvoted it for sure!

dvdbillen: sorry to hear that, you may be right about the gravity settings, I actually hope so because lot of people did not have any problems with this jump, because trust me I tested it many times and had no trouble, but anyway I did this map long ago and today I would make that jump probably in a different way..., like more precise in terms of gravity speed, so that there's no room for failure because of lack of speed. However I still believe that if you aren't a beginner in portal jumping, you should do it, I really think it's something about the gravity settings.

I see this is old, but the people saying they can't make the first jump are true. I absolutely can't make that first jump - there's nothing I can do. I came here and read how you said to get to the other side and did that. I'm not even bad with ninja skills, there's just not enough height.

I refreshed on how to change gravity and checked that I was 600, which is correct, right? To get past that spot in the game I had to set it to like 300.

I've seen this one other time in a Portal 2 game. A jump that there was no doubt the game physics would not allow me to make. I guess there is some difference between play on two different machines that can cause variation in the height or physics - dunno - but I'm positive that jump was impossible for me.

hippisa: It doesn't require any difficult jump, you just have to jump once (down the hole and up, and then again on the other side, like you go back through the portal and when you come back you are able to reach it without any problem , also nobody complained about this yet so I really don't think it's that difficult.
