Description
[DX11 Compatible]

The XL Industrial mod contains blocks designed to assist in large-scale production tasks. The 10 blocks included are:

XL Assembler (2x5x2): This assembler has 10 times the speed and power use of a standard assembler, and 20 times the inventory.
XL Refinery (4x4x9): This refinery has 10 times the speed, power use, and inventory of a standard refinery, and has the Blast Furnace's efficiency.
Area Welder (1x2x1): This welder welds an area 8 blocks in front of it, and 4 blocks to each side. It is significantly more expensive than a normal welder.
Reinforced Drill (1x3x1): This drill is more resistant to collisions.
Pulverizer: (2x2x4): This specialized refinery breaks stone into gravel very quickly.
XL Blast Furnace (2x2x5): This blast furnace has 10 times the speed and power use of a standard blast furnace.
Dense Large Cargo Container (3x3x3): This cargo container has significantly increased cargo density.
Dense XL Cargo Container (5x5x5): This cargo container has significantly increased cargo density.
XL Solar Panel (6x12x1): This solar panel produces 1.1 MW of power (slightly more than 9 solar panels).
XXL Solar Panel (10x20x1): This solar panel produces 3.2 MW of power (slightly more than 25 solar panels).
XL Ore Detector (2x3x2): This ore detector identifies mineral deposits within several hundred meters.

Resource costs tend to be the same or slightly less than an equivalent number of normal blocks.

Not sure if this mod is still getting updated but the area welders crash my game any time I try to place one down. Everything else seems to work though, so all in all really great mod!

Does anyone know if a O2/H2 Generator will be added. The devs on this game screwed up the one that comes with the game so bad that the Generators would work hardly at all. So anyone that uses the old O2/H2 generators are screwed. I need ones that work.

the area welder crashing is nothing to do with this mod and cant be fixed by the author just saying its an issue to do with the base game and how it handles welding and the large area welded doesnt agree with the engine

Also there's one place in particular at the bottom of the XL Refinery, if you are looking at the 'Refinery' logo on it, then it's the bottom left side from there, it won't let you attack anything to that directly, you have to like, put something under it.

This mod needs to be fixed. Is it even supported anymore? I'm guessing not since people have been complaining about the area welder crashing their games since August at least.

But just in case it is, the Refinery needs to be fixed. It's definitely NOT 10x faster like this says. It takes up 10x the space, and requires 10x the power, but I did a quick test.

I put 10k Cobalt Ore in a normal Refinery, and 10k Cobalt Ore in an XL Refinery. I let them go until the normal Refinery had refined 1k Cobalt Ore. In this time, the XL Refinery Refined about 3.2k ore. So it's about 3x as fast, not 10x.

Both the Refinery, and XL Refinery had 4 Speed Modules, and they were both fully powered.

Yeah bro that welder makes for fast production of torpedoes and the large assembler is perfect for large production facilities.

Area welder now makes the game crash when placing the block. Hope to see some updates from you soon. Love your mod.

Are the XL assemblers not able to craft high tier tools anymore?
