The Dawnguard Outpost is fortified and can be found near the inn of Old-Hroldan. It has 5 unique actors, 2 of them merchants who sell you goods (and also buy ;) ).
Attention for vampires: The Dawnguard also guards its fortress - not only at dawn! (sorry for the small pun^^).
It is fully navmeshed, has a location and also an unique look from the inside.
