Description
This mod adds a stylish, upgradeable house named 'Greatview manor' into the game.

As said, you can fully upgrade this house and sometimes you also have to choose - do you want a noisy bard or better some supplies?
The house is located in the rift and has a map marker right in front of it. To purchase upgrades go to the nearby argonian - he will love to sell them to you.

Most Screenshots are Before - Then - After Screenshots; Before is the Stage before tidy up, The next one is is with the 'tidy up' upgrade but without the specified Upgrade for that room and 'After' when the specified Upgrade is activated. Also the Lightning in the furnished Screenshots may seem dark but it is actually pretty lighty now

I recommend purchasing the 'Tidy Up' upgrade first and also activating it, else it may cause some major glitches.

When you fully upgraded your new stylish home you will have all crafting stations with some resources, all shrines of the divines a bard who will sing for you, a new unique follower as well as an arrow merchant who is also an expert marksman trainer.

The available upgrades are:
- Tidy Up: Tidies your home
- Entrance hall: furnishes your entrance hall
- dinner hall: furnishes your dinner hall, including a cooking spot
- Empty space 1st floor: Fills your empty space on the 1st floor
- Shrines: adds shrines of all divines to the first floor
- Magic room: Adds enchanters and alchemy table with ingredients and furniture
- Sleeping room: Furnishes your sleeping room
- Empty space 2nd floor: Fills the empty space in the second floor
- Bard room: Adds a bard as well as his rooms. Replaces supplies
- Supplies: Adds a supply room. Replaces Bard room
- Crafting stations: Adds tanning rack, smelter and forge to the cellar
- Mercenary bedrooms: Adds a new follower (Bronn) and a marksman trainer who also sells arrows and bows. Also adds their rooms
- Dummies: Adds some furniture as well as Combat dummies and archery targets to the cellar.
- Balcony: Adds a new balcony at the back of the house
- Banners: Adds banners (you may choose if companions, DB etc) or also removes them

Also please activate the notes when you're NOT in the house, it once crashed my game (one out of 22 but still, it crashed)

* Your Archery trainer says train the SpeechCraft Skill.
* You can't place anything on the Maniquens (sorry how badly that is misspelled).
* Even though I had purchased the upgrades you still needed to read the notes for them to take affect (If you reread em you cancelled em out [I made a mistake and now can't even access the notes to regain the Bard's room]).
* Balcony isn't there.
* It has some clipping issues with the environment.
Just need some simple tweaking and modifying and I can see quite a number of people liking the estate.

As I said, in the rift, quite near Riften, it also has a map marker. Follow the road through the rift and you almost can't miss it

your mods are amazing .... dont get me wrong. I think the mods should be placed in the correct generes.
