It has come to my attention that this location actually changes it's name and map marker to the Vault icon and the name becomes Vault 88 IF you have a certain DLC installed.
I feel I should mention this for my own personal reference as well as a note for those of you who DO have DLCs installed and are finding this location impossible to find.
