hoi4都道府県史mod Ambition of prefecturesのアドオンです。
本来日本語化modの限界でカタカナorローマ字で表示されている地名・国名を漢字に変更します。
またこのmodはカー・キー氏開発の日本語フォントmodを前提として要求します。そのため環境によっては処理落ちが発生する可能性があります。
