Description
(Vanilla)
(Survival Ready)
After completing Mass Effect Andromeda i thought i'd have a go at making the Nomad and this is what i did, alot of shifting weight trying to squish the survival stuff in :P

Rotational Roof light's,
Slit in the side of the vehicle are the cockpits

Hotkey's -
1 - Handbrake (Fastest way to stop the vehicle)
2 - Camera (To see where your going :P)
3 - Strafe Mode (Drive diagonally)
4 - Rear Thrusters
5 - Underbelly Thrusters (Use for Gliding)
7 - Toggle's lights
8 - Air intake vents (Use on oxygen rich worlds)
9 - Starts LCD script

Info -
Low centre of mass
Gyro prevent's flipping and makes the ride more stable
Max Speed 100km/h
Use the handbrake to stop the vehicle on an incline.

This is a fairly old mod, but it's a very impressive build. Just a heads up if you are still following this:

I'm finding the Gyroscope doesn't work. I think its placement doesn't allow me to build it in survival, and when spawned in, as soon as the vehicle takes *any* damage (even with grinder) the gyroscope breaks out of place and starts flying around inside. It could be that since this was uploaded, the rules regarding conveyors and what can attach to them has changed slightly. So far that is the only block issue I've noticed at least!

Yes indeed it seems that we can refill - I always add a small Reactor not conveyer connected especially to be able to refill in survival.

Such a sweet and compact design. Seems much more faithful to the original form factor than the Mako's I've browsed.

As for the Mass Effect racial player skins that were ported(and granted racial traits), they broke with the animation update, and the uploader decided it was too much work to fix them. It's too bad, I'd have loved to play in a Mass Effect themed server.

EA is actually pretty ammicable to what they consider to be "Free Promotion" although I wouldn't upload that stuff to workshop expecting it to stay there for long.

And you can always look at the Mass Effect inspired player model, nothing in the law prevents you from creating original work reminiscent of an existing property.
