Adds Shia Labeouf as an alternate leader for America.

Ability: Just Do It
All Builder units receive an extra 2 build charges. Builds Theater Square districts in half the time. Cities with a Theater Square district receive +10% Production.

Agenda: They Will Not Divide Us
Likes civilizations who accept Open Borders agreements. Dislikes civilizations who do not.

It doesnt work on Rise and Fall or Gathering Storm. It is only on standard rules.
