Report a translation problem
i know how to do the classic game.ini ConfigOverrideItemCraftingCosts=(), but however i dont know why there is a 2nd recipe in the mod and i dont have additional BP-Paths,
i have managed to change the regular craft that uses the stone arrow but i have no idea how to
edit the other ones.? is it different BP-paths that i need? or should i somehow disable the EngrammEntries? (i dont think this works xO)

Torpor dummy works only after a server restart. It doesn't work immediately after placed.
So, place it and then restart your server.
If you play on Single Player, it's easier. Place the Torpor Dummy, and then restart your Single Player session.
Plus after shooting it a few times it ascended up the wall I put its back to and now is on the top of one of the extinction towers >.>
To be fair that may be a vanilla bug with the dummies, I've never used them before and Ark alone is pretty buggy.
Update: I built a second one and it's only level 10 with 485 torpor... a base quality longneck with a vanilla dart seems to max that out.
