Progressive Tranqs with Auto Narcotics

Adds a couple of new items to help with progressive taming without being overly powerful.

-- Adds Yellow Tranq Arrow : This is equal to x15 reqular tranq arrows, and costs similar amounts of material to craft them. so it will need 15 times the resources to craft compaired to a single one.
-- Adds Blue Tranq Arrow : This is equal to x25 reqular tranq arrows, and costs simialr amounts of materials to craft them.
-- Adds Yellow (x15) and Blue (x25) tranq darts.
-- Adds Torpor Dummy : this is to help test out torpor items, weapons, etc to calculate how much torpor each item does. works with modded and non-moded items. I don't take full credit for this one, as i used code that was posted on the Forums to build them, but I do take credit for cleaning it up and making it supported on servers as the original code is simple player only.
-- Adds Auto Narco item :: this is a 100 stack item that when used while in a knocked out dinos inventory, it will monitor the dinos current torpor and will auto use more when it drops below 40% torpor. It will auto turn off once the dino is tamed, or if you remove the item from the dinos inventory.
-- Adds Auto BioToxin. Same automation as the Auto Narco, but using Bio Toxin for stronger Narco affect.

-- Auto feeding item that reduces hunger.
-- Ability to add crystals to your arrows which allows for glowing affect for night time hunting.

-- x15 arrows costs the same as if you were crafting 15 tranq arrows, with some yellow berries to account for there color.
-- x25 arrows costs the same as if you were crafting 25 tranq arrows, but some blue berry requirement to account for there blue color.
-- torpor dummy uses same resource cost as the training dummy.
-- auto narco costs are a little different. 100 narcotic + 50 Azulberrys + 50 Raw Meat . this is to true and put a use behind all the berries collected, and to add the lore behind it, where you are missing together 100 narcotic together with the food the dino wants, so that it entices them to eat it. this crafts into 100 auto narcotic. each auto narcotic does the same function as a regular narcotic ,but with the benfit of automaticly activating at 40% torpor to maintain the dinos.

Cheat GCM
then, craft as many as you want.
Type Cheat GCM again and then do a Fast Travel between two beds, to hide the engrams from your player.

What are the Spawn Codes (Blueprint paths) for the arrows? They used to be posted here somewhere.

@Ahriss I suggest you to disable the blue arrows/darts and keep only the yellow ones.
For more balance, you can change the recipe to be more expensive.

Is there a way to tweak in game.ini a values because arrows are looking like too op i think yellow one should have x5-10 and blue x10-15.
