Jupruna

Description
Jupruna a gas giant far off in the galaxy was found by Mantis Corp telescopes on march 31 2025.
Its blue like atmosphere is beautiful in the dead of space with its asteroid rings orbiting this
huge gas giant.

Jupruna s mass is 120 000m (km) around making it the biggest in its system like jupiter. And with
its dense Atmosphere filled with gases like hydrogen, nitrate, helium and carbon minoxide this
planet would kill you instantly, with its crushing effects on probes and remote controlled drones
we have yet to study its surface if it has one.

Jupruna has 6 moons the has been orbiting just outside the rings of the planet these are which are of
unknown origins and will be exploring soon.

Hi,
a darker square of sky is around the planet. Is it because I don't have the same sky as you? (I still have vanilla)

hello everyone, now I've been recently reading the comments made about whether or not planets have been updated. Alot of you guys have to understand riotgrrl_adria has taken on a big task of updating every planet i own with little to no help as i dont have all the original files or textures for her to work with. To be honest shes doing quite well and if she completes them their considered hers as ive moved on to game development and wont be back on S.E anytime soon. So please give some consideration making planets or even updating them isnt an easy task. Thanks for your time and be well an be happy.

basssea123 That's why its being updated. JFC did you read the comments before posting or downloading? I can update a mod to work. I cant update a user to follow instructions or read before commenting

The game was only made to feature planets that have a solid surface. Many of us wanted to have gas giants, but that's not possible, so we have to designed something that approximates that reality within the scope of the game. So solid surface, with a wild atmosphere and scripts that make landing on it impossible. Best we can do with the parameters we have.
(I know that no script is attached to this planet to do that, but that's how I'm handling things in the 'update',)
We are VERY much aware how that this isn't "realistic. but neither is there a planet with the name of Juperna.

Katsuo: as the density of gasses increases, matter begins to take on new and highly exotic states of mater, such a metallic hydrogen which has been hypothesized to exist near the core of Jupiter which could be responsible for its massive magnetosphere. I would LOVE to do something like this, but fluid dynamics isn't something that the game can natively do, and remains wildly computationally expensive, your stuck with this.

1. km is not mass, mass is kg or tons...
2. ok its a game, but gas giants have no surface, only gas. So you fall from cloud to cloud deeper into the planet until you get squeezed by density or burnt by high temperature that comes from high density and your molecules become a part of the planet

@Jacof33 Gotta fix my PC (fried parts). I've been working on trying to fix them a priori to my pc dying, but haven't been able to get transparency to work correctly with them. I'm gonna talk at some one about it when I can so I can get them working properly.
Worst case, I create a brand new texture and model, if need be.
