UPDATE 2: Slowed down the particle due to feedback, the particle was moving too fast and too flashy.

UPDATE 1: Figured out lightning color and changed it to fit more based on feedback, also lowered the opacity to make it more see-through instead of solid.

For about a month now I have been messing with Wisp trying to make cosmetics, I kept trying to make flashy new things, I kept adding on and making Wisp look way to different and it kept turning out terrible.



So I treated it like an armor piece for Wisp like other heros have, such as Axe, but instead of it being armor and a model its a particle and effect, much more simple.
