I was reading older comments on here when I saw your size question.
The answer was in the Paradox Cities Skylines Wiki.
I figured out (by experimenting on my map) that if I moved a crematorium that was not sending out hearses (though there were a lot of dead bodies) out of the radius of another crematorium, it immediately started sending out it's hearses.
So apparently you can have the radiuses of the crems overlapping, but you don't want to actually have one crem located inside the radius of another crem. Good thing to figure out, eh?
Did you mean set the radius on my Crematorium for 1800?
Off the record and don't tell anyone at all because they can never know ;) Set to 1800 for the best game experiance.
:^)
I'll check that out.
And you are right - sometimes CS's data stats don't make sense - but it's still the best game out there, right?
.....chuckle....
