Update for A17+:

Please use Stack Merger ( http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=857164561 ).



Adds a new hauling job that tries to stack as many items as possible, collecting stacks of items that aren't full and combining them.

Compaction of stockpiles usually happens after other hauling is finished, allowing colonists to prioritize items that aren't already in a stockpile.

Just found out about Stack Merger ( http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=857164561 ). Either one will work just fine (just don't use them together), they do just about the same thing :)
