@raiders5000 ther is a mod that prevents invisible head to generate, that should avoid that problem.

Best way to avoid invisible heads is to install a ton of custom ones.

invisible head mod is not one of my mods, and from what i know there is no way of preventing the invisible heads to show up on VIP / Engineers / Scientists.. i know alot of people have tried to fix that, but for the time being, no such luck
