解説
This mod makes rabbits (hares) breed more quickly, grow faster, and have larger litters. They're also slightly more taming friendly.

OK, so, the real and useful answer:

Hares have a few things about them that drive their reproduction rate in base game:
- a cooldown between mating attempts to become pregnant (8 hour cooldown before trying again)
- a Gestation Period from start of to end of carrying a litter (about 5½ days)
- a range of possible litter sizes, which is roughly 1-3, weighted towards 2 (sorta)

This mod replaces those values with
- 0.1 hours between "try again"
- gestation trimmed to 4½ (anything less gets into Tribbles territory)
- a range of litter sizes, 5-9, weighted towards 6-7.

lol, yeap! Add either of the Fluffies mod I have (which are giant rabbits, so this mod applies) and you'll have 10k meat and leather before you can blink 😄

Just be aware that if Fluffies go manhunter early on, it's also no joke. They're fast (and pack animals).

Holy shit this mod is no joke. I've got an autoslaughter rule of max 20 snowhares and every 5 minutes my colonists go on a stabbing spree to just kill all them rabbits.
