(-) No primary and secondary weapon
(-) 5% Slower speed on wearer
(-) 15% Slower firing speed
(+) +30 Health on wearer
(+) +20% Building healing rate

Alt-Fire: charges the hammer to release a powerful hit
On ennemies: Mini-crit and strong knockback (similar to the Loose Cannon's one)
On world: Pushes you to the opposite direction of your hit (strongly as a rocket jump)
