And no it does not have a firing animation though that's not really much of downside since it's a really simple animation that my 8 year old brother can pull off.

To add insult to injury his version offers a removable silencer that is toggleable, a removable bullet inside the mag and a correctly titled magazine. While yours offers a low res safety switch, a basic firing loop and muzzle bodygroup.
So essentially unless you want to add more features you've pretty much wasted your time.
