Mobilization Mod

Description
A fantasy mod that attempt to somewhat emulate the mobilization from Victoria II. I say fantasy because such modern concept of mobilization is virtually nonexistent in EU4 era. Not recommended if you want to play historical game.

This mod is basically a decision (available only in 1650 or at military tech level 19 (Temporarily enabled during religious league wars before 1650)) for any nations in Western, Eastern, or Anatolian technology groups that are Great Powers who are at war with another Great Power(s) in same tech groups. This decision provides the following effects:
-100% manpower limit increase
-100% land force limit increase
-50% regiment recruitment speed increase
-100% reinforce speed increase
-Additional 5 leader slots to staff those new armies raised with it.
-One-time boost to manpower by 25% and one-time boost of 250 MIL power

This will make particularly wars in Europe particularly long, expensive and bloody, as each of those Great Powers involved will raise massive armies during such wars. Almost somewhat like the industrial wars.

UPDATE: The mobilization mod will now give you an option at the start-up to allow mobilizing by the conditions given above or just simply being at war.

There is also a decision to “demobilize” after all wars you were in ended, which will remove the modifier. AI nations will automatically take it once they are at the peace. For human players, they may take the decision within 30 days since they are at the peace, otherwise an event will kick in automatically removing the modifier.

(It is highly recommended that you mark countries that are Great Powers as "country of special interest" in order to get messages about them executing those decisions)

I am pleased to announce that the mod is finally updated for 1.28 and will now have an event pop-up at the game start asking you to choose options for how mobilization will be enabled (either by the standard conditions above or simply being at war).

@food costs money, rather than making a new mod, I'm considering using an alternate method where an event would simply fire up at game startup so you can choose this option instead of the standard condition normally required for mobilizing.

I have completed the work on this late last night but won't be able to test this until after I get home later today. Stay tuned!

@Legion, Duke of Rockford Yea, that would be perfect. Thanks

No, not at this present time but I may consider an alternate version where requirement for mobilization decision can be narrowed down to just being at war.

is there a version where you just have to be at war?

This mod is now updated to work with the England patch for EUIV released today.

Currently, this mod only allows decision to become available if you have the following:
-You are a Great Power.
-In a war with another Great Power.
-You are in Western, Eastern, or Anatolian technology group.
-You are in a religious league war, the year is at least 1650, or you have mil tech level 16.

As of v1.03, it is no longer required that capital be in Europe so USA or westernized Persia can now mobilize.

I'm working on a way to enable countries large enough to count as a regional or great power but did not attain Great Power status (only 10 top-scoring countries gets that status in game) to allow them to have the decision. The requirements otherwise will not change, especially tech groups.

I don't know how to make AI aggressive, I'm afraid.

can you add this to other nations like persia and USA?
