Adds the Dominion of New Zealand led by Richard Seddon as a playable civilization.

Installation

Requires Brave New World

Steam Install
  • Select "Subscribe" above.
  • Start the game up and hit Mods
  • Enable the mod
  • Click Next and begin a game.

Direct Installation
  • Download 7zip (it's freeware, and takes next to no time to install)
  • Download the Civ5Mod file from here -> Direct Download[drive.google.com]
  • Place the Civ5Mod in MyDocuments> MyGames> Sid Meiers Civilization 5> MODS
  • Right click the Civ5Mod file and select 7zip -> Extract to "JFD's - (insert civilization here)
  • Start the game up and hit Mods
  • Enable the mod
  • Click Next and begin a game.

Another Kiwi who has totally heard of King Dick. I don't know how anybody familiar with their country's own history could have missed him, honestly. His nickname was King Dick, after all.

personally I'd scrap the defender for a dairy farm or something (a UB with passive buffs for nearby pastures?). NZ feels like it should be a diplomacy/economy/seafaring civ rather than a war civ.

For some reason the info page about New Zealand talks about Sweden-Norway.

I subscribed to the addon, enabled the mod and I couldn't see Seddon. I have the complete edition so its not because of brave new world.

I am also from New Zealand, and I have heard of him plenty. Infact there is a giant statue of him outside of Parlament.
